Foxtrot is a replay library and viewer for Slippi recordings of Super Smash Bros. Melee. It runs entirely in your browser: your replays and game files stay on your device.
Note: Foxtrot is in active development. Playback is experimental and does not yet support every replay.
What it does
- Imports
.slpfiles you select or drop anywhere on the library page - Searches by player, character, stage, or filename, with filters and sorting
- Groups games from the same set together
- Saves your library in the browser so it is ready the next time you visit
- Plays replays with the original graphics, battle HUD, and stage music
- Supports play, pause, frame stepping, and seeking to any point in a match
- Shows each player's controller inputs over the replay
Your files stay local
Replays are stored in your browser and never uploaded. Browsing your library does not require a game disc.
To watch a replay, select your own copy of the Super Smash Bros. Melee US (NTSC 1.02) disc image. Foxtrot verifies the image and reads game assets from it on your device. It does not include or distribute any game files. You can optionally let the browser remember your disc so you do not have to select it again.
Requirements
Playback requires a recent browser with WebGPU support.
Foxtrot is not affiliated with Nintendo or Project Slippi.
